Comfortably seating up to 12 guests, The Apollo's semi private 'chefs table' can be booked exclusively. As this space adjoins the kitchen, guests will feel a part of a lively dinner service whilst enjoying the exclusivity of a separate area.

To book this table for the whole evening there is a minimum spend of $1,200.00 including a $100.00 room hire. The Apollo's chef Jonathan Barthelmess has created a choice of two sharing banquet menus that are available. Guests are also welcome to order from the a la carte menu however the minimum spend is required.
Alternatively, we seat in two seating times. An early 6.15pm to 8.15 and at 8.30pm and there is no minimum spend required.

The Apollo accepts reservations for lunch Friday to Sunday from 12pm through to 5pm.
For dinner, we accept reservations 7 nights a week for groups of 6-12 people at 6pm-8.15 or 8.30-close. For smaller parties, just walk in. Once the restaurant is full, we take a waiting list and we will call you when your table is ready. You can enjoy a drink, in one of the many nearby small bars.
